			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did you know that typically the minimum that an employer HAS to spend each month on their Employee Benefits or Group Benefits is about $75-$100.  At Brauer Insurance, we are experts at Employee Benefits, some agencies <em>offer</em> Employee Benefits, <strong>we specialize in them!</strong>  Group Benefits do NOT have to cost you a fortune!!  We have a progressive, out of the box, strategy that will reduce your cost OVERNIGHT usually a minimum of 20-30%.</p>
<p>If you have an Anthem Blue Cross, HealthNet, Blue Shield, or Kaiser plan, we can DEFINITELY save you some serious money, and usually increase your benefits.  How?  It takes literally 30 minutes to explain to you.  If you invite me in to your business, I will NEVER try and sell you or put any type of pressure on, its not my style.  If you don&#8217;t thing there&#8217;s a value with me&#8230;.you need to stay with your current broker.  There have actually been couple of times that I&#8217;ve reviewed the Employee Benefits of a company, discovered that the broker was using a proven &#8220;strategy&#8221;, did their Quarterly meetings with the employers and shopped it hard each year.  I&#8217;ve told those people &#8220;you should probably stay where you are&#8230;.your broker is actually doing a great job!&#8221;  Those instances are few and far between!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Employers&#8230;your Employee Benefits do NOT have to cost you a fortune!  They really don&#8217;t!  At Brauer Insurance we have a PROVEN strategy to help slow the cost of Employee Benefits.  I guarantee your current broker does not do this.  There are several prongs to our strategy and frankly, I don&#8217;t want to broadcast them to my competitors.  Its funny though, I&#8217;ve been in some companies where their &#8220;current&#8221; broker has shown them some of OUR material and just put their name on it.  I guess mimicry is the highest form of flattery!</p>
<p>If you have an Employee Benefits program in place at your company, I can almost guarantee that you are not using a progressive, forward thinking strategy.  I have YET to find one in any business that I visit.  Employee Benefits is the second highest cost to a company, right behind the wages.  Yet most owners, CFOs or Controllers do little to mitigate those costs.  Most believe they either have to lower the benefits or make the employee pay more to offset the cost.  NEITHER IS ACCEPTABLE.</p>
<p>We are an Independent, Family Owned, NO FEE agency.  That means our services are free.  We get paid by the insurance company&#8230;..at no cost to you.  Our Added Value Services include FREE Cobra Administration, an HR Compliance Center, and a FREE EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for all benefited employees.</p>

<p>I always like to ask business owners what they discuss with their current broker during their Quarterly Benefits review.  What types of issues arise, maybe mid-year that the broker can help solve?  If your broker is meeting with you quarterly, has a workable, progressive strategy that they can articulate, or if it&#8217;s your brother, cousin, or neighbor, I&#8217;m probably not the right fit for you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Health Insurance does NOT have to cost a fortune.  There are many plans with companies such as HealthNet, Blue Cross, Kaiser, Blue Shield, etc&#8230;.that are very affordable and comprehensive.</p>
<p>One such plan is the Blue Shield 3500 HSA plan.  It&#8217;s usually around $100 a month and gives you great coverage.  It also allows you to have an HSA account that you can pay out of pocket expenses with tax free money&#8230;something that most plans don&#8217;t let you do.</p>
<p>HealthNet has a couple of good plans too.  Their 4500 and 5200 plans are also HSAs and are even cheaper than the Shield 3500.  The deductibles are a bit higher, but the coverage is excellent after the deductible.</p>
<p>At Brauer Insurance, we ARE the experts in Health Insurance.  We&#8217;ve been in business for a long time and we know the dysfunctional Health Insurance industry all too well.  That can be a blessing AND a curse.  Some people don&#8217;t know that if you purchase insurance &#8220;direct&#8221; from the insurance company, or use a  broker, the price is the same.  The only difference is if you use a trusted broker, you have an Independent agent on your side, instead of having to call a bunch of 800 numbers to get some help with an issue.</p>

<p>At Brauer Insurance, we believe in a &#8220;risk management&#8221; style of Employee Benefit administering.  We like to think of it as the FINANCING of your healthcare.  Hey, Employee Benefits are the second biggest expense for a company, right under the wages.  You strategize your investments, why not something as important as your employees healthcare?  Folks&#8230;.it does NOT have to cost you a fortune, and I can prove it.</p>

<p>At Brauer Insurance, we help you strategize your Group Health Insurance.  It sounds overly simple, and once you actually see the strategy, you&#8217;re gonna be wondering why it hasn&#8217;t been shown to you before.  One of the biggest compliments I&#8217;ve ever gotten in my professional life, happened when the CEO of a large manufacturing company along with his HR Director, were sitting in one of my presentations.  As exciting as I am&#8230;.they were looking like they were going to fall asleep.  I was showing them some strategies that other companies have found useful when all of a sudden the CEO opened his eyes, sat up in his chair&#8230;.the &#8220;light bulb&#8221; went on.  It suddenly made sense to him.  He looked at his HR director and said <strong><em>&#8220;why hasn&#8217;t OUR broker showed us this?&#8221;</em></strong>.  The HR director looked befuddled and looked at me.  My response <em>&#8220;<strong>maybe you should ask him!&#8221;</strong></em></p>
<p>2 days later, they signed over their account to me.</p>
<p>Group Health Insurance can not only be affordable, but can be much more comprehensive than you may think.  Some plans start at under $200 a month and they all include maternity.  Employee Benefits is a good way to attract and retain good people.  As the economy continues to increase, people will be looking even harder at what benefits are being offered, in addition to the salary.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Health Insurance does NOT have to cost you a fortune.  There are tons of plans out there that are not only affordable but comprehensive.  You pay the same price as &#8220;going direct&#8221; to the insurance company, but with us, you get your own Independent Agent that SPECIALIZES in Health Insurance.  The broker&#8217;s commission is &#8220;built into the cost of the insurance&#8221;.  If you go direct, the insurance company keeps the commission and you have to deal with some idiot at their 800 number when you have an issue.</p>
<p>Let my daughters and I help you navigate the dysfunctional health insurance waters.  I&#8217;m a retired Police Sergeant from Santa Clara&#8230;&#8230;so I&#8217;m used to dealing with problems that arise.  My website is www.brauerinsurance.com.  You can either get your own quote, or let me send you a personalized quote.  There are almost 100 plans to chose from, but usually there are only about 15 plans that people choose, that are affordable and comprehensive.</p>
<p>Health Insurance falls into two categories, both of which have deductibles.  One set of plans have SOME benefit up front, meaning they have office visits at a small copay, and prescriptions at another copay (after a prescription deductible).  The other kind of plan has the same type of deductibles, but you have to pay EVERYTHING up to the deductible before you realize any actual benefit.  These plans are cheaper, obviously.  The plans are priced like auto insurance&#8230;..the higher deductible you&#8217;re comfortable with, the cheaper the price.</p>
<p>I always recommend a mid-range deductible&#8230;.too high is too much risk.  Too low, and your monthly payment is too expensive.  Neither is good, in my opinion.  A 20-something person can get a good plan for about $100 or so.</p>
<p>Health Insurance is a &#8220;necessary evil&#8221;.  What that means is that if you have any tangible assets, you HAVE to have some form of coverage.  To go without is simply foolish.  Even if you go with the super high deductible, if you have something major happen to you, you will not go broke.  Even someone in their 40&#8242;s or 50&#8242;s can purchase something with catastrophic coverage for $200-$300 a month.  A small price to pay if you end up with a serious medical condition.</p>
<p>Call us, we are NOT your typical pushy, sleazy, white shoes sales people.  If you want to buy insurance from us, great!  If not, that&#8217;s OK too&#8230;..really!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are looking for a group health plan for your employees, Kaiser Group Health Plans may be the answer.  The plans do NOT have to cost you a fortune&#8230;.they really don&#8217;t!  Kaiser has some affordable plans, and coupled with the Brauer Insurance strategy, they are very comprehensive.  Our strategy involves helping you &#8220;finance&#8221; your Kaiser Health Insurance plan.  You will no longer have to ride the huge increase in premiums each year, you can have more control over what you pay, and the benefits your employees receive.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Employee Benefits do NOT have to cost a fortune.  If you are an employer and considering offering Employee Benefits to your employees, it is not a expensive as you might think.  There is a minimum amount that the employer has to contribute towards the insurance for each employee, but that amount can be as little as $75 a month per employee.  Many potential employees will pass on a job solely based on the Employee Benefits, or lack of them.  Having an Employee Benefit Strategy will not only save you money, but deliver better benefits to the employees too.</p>
